To enroll, complete the Family Access Application form and return it to the Superintendent’s Office, located at 460 S Main Street, Martinsville. The office is open Mon-Thurs 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The application form must be returned in person and photo ID will be required for the protection of our students.
