Instructions for completing Meal and Textbook Application

*Please remember that meal and textbook assistance must be approved every school year.  If you were on assistance last year and have not received approval for this school year, you need to reapply.  To avoid interruption in your assistance you must reapply before 9/14/2012.  Those who do not reapply before 9/14/12, will be charged full price for meals and textbooks beginning 9/14/12.

**Families can apply for assistance at any time during the school year.
