MHS Rewind is a school news program that the students in the Intro and Advanced Television Broadcasting Classes at Martinsville High School produce every two weeks.  The show has two parts:  a 5 minute open, that is an original short film or a remake of a popular movie or TV program and a 10-15 minute newscast with packages focusing on news and sports at MHS.  Rewind captured first place for best school newscast at the 2005 Indiana Association of School Broadcaster's State Competition, finished 3rd in 2006, took home second in 2007 and won first again in 2008.  In addition an open from Rewind has won first place for best Entertainment Feature at the annual IASB competition for the past three years.  You will find some of our favorite opens on this page.  Check out the New Videos link and Other Projects link for several of our best newscasts and stories and Rewind Extended for an extended version of our latest show.
