Health Notice: We have seen several cases of the the flu, however we have received no official confirmed cases of the H1N1 flu strain at this time. If your child is ill with a fever of 100 degrees or higher, they need to remain out of school until they are fever free for 24 hrs. It is also recommended that you consult with your personal healthcare provider when your child is ill with fever and other flu-like symptoms, as they can best decide the proper course or treatment. As always, and especially during the flu season, reinforce to your children the importance of hand washing and covering coughs and sneezes to prevent the spread of all viruses. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. |
