MATH Bowl

The final competition was held at Neil Armstrong School in Mooresville at 5:00.  The WMS MATH Bowl Team placed first in their division.  Thomas Janssen, Devon McCabe, and Kelly Richardson scored a perfect score (7 questions out of 7 questions) in their round.

West Middle School hosted an informal practice competition for M.S.D. of Martinsville schools.  Congratulations to the WMS team on their first place win.

Practices were held on Mondays and Thursdays at lunch and Tuesdays after school.  The standards covered included Geometry, Measurement, Number Sense, Computation, and Problem Solving.
