Spelling Bee 2013

The WMS Spelling Bee was held Thursday, January 31, 2013. There was a pretest in the morning for all who wished to try. The top 27 students competed in the Bee, which began during 7th period as soon as the 8th grade competitors finished lunch, and continued through 8th period. The winner of the Bee received a one-year paid subscription to Encyclopedia Britannica, an introductory second language course from powerspeaK12, and a spot in the regional Bee held at the Monroe County Public Library on Saturday, February 23, 2013.
